If you are looking for a retreat that puts the emphasis on creating a friendly, nurturing and open environment then you are in the right place. All you need to do is sit back and let the unwinding process begin!

Why retreat with me?
I design my retreats to be as easy going as possible as let's face it there are enough rules in life.
You want a glass of wine? Go for it! Need to sleep in one morning? It's ok. Either way retreats are magical, filled with connection, smiles and shared experiences.
Please also be assured that my retreats are physically accessible for all levels and ages - my aim is to help you find a movement practice that works for YOUR body and that leaves you feeling inspired, confident and strong.
It is from there that the transformation of mind and spirit can begin.

Locations
I carefully select stunning and natural surroundings for my venues, with each location chosen to create the perfect backdrop for your retreat experience. It is also important they have a warm and welcoming vibe as its so important to me that you feel at home from the minute you arrive.​

A Sample Retreat Day
​
​7.30am: Easing in - rise gently with a warm cuppa surrounded by stillness and morning light.
​
8am: Dynamic Morning Practice - a 2 hour energising practice to awaken your body, clear your mind and set the tone for the day. ​​
​
10am: Breakfast on the terrace - enjoy a nourishing and hearty breakfast served al fresco.
Afternoons: Your time, your choice - swim, rest, read, explore the area or have a massage. This is your time to unwind.
​
2pm: Light lunch - A refreshing light lunch to keep you nourished and balanced.
6pm: Restorative evening practice - a gentle grounding session to release tension and prepare you for sleep.
7.30pm: Dinner under the stars - end the day with a banquet of delicious food, great company and perhaps a glass of something cold.
