ABOUT PRIVATE TUITION

Private Tuition 

We are all individuals working with our own wonderful and unique bodies.  Treating yourself to one-on-one classes gives you the opportunity to work on a Yoga or Pilates practice tailored to your own needs and goals, allowing for a deeper and more focused practice.  Together we create a programme that addresses your strengths and weaknesses, ensuring adjustments, modifications and techniques are specifically adapted to most benefit you.  Note that one-on-ones can either be in your own home or can be conducted online.  They can also be taken with a partner, friend or small group of friends. 

Areas include:

  • Beginner basics (useful before joining a group Yoga or Pilates class)

  • Rehabilitation post injury

  • Relaxation and stress release tips

  • Breathing techniques and meditation guidance

  • Increasing mobility and stability

  • Strengthening of core muscles

  • Refinement of technique

  • Q&A - the opportunity to ask all those questions you have ever wanted to ask in class!

 

Sessions can also be purchased as gifts.
