ABOUT PRIVATE TUITION

Private Tuition 

We are all individuals working with our own wonderful and unique bodies.  Treating yourself to one-on-one classes gives you the opportunity to work on a Yoga or Pilates practice tailored to you.  Private sessions can also be taken with your partner or small group of friends.  Sessions can also be provided online if you prefer via Zoom or Skype.

Areas include:

  • Beginner basics (useful before joining a group Yoga or Pilates class)

  • Rehabilitation post injury

  • Relaxation and stress release tips

  • Breathing techniques and meditation guidance

  • Increasing mobility and stability

  • Strengthening of core muscles

  • Refinement of technique

 

Sessions can also be purchased as gifts.

Please note that 24 hours is required to cancel a booking or full charge will apply.
