ABOUT PRIVATE TUITION
Private Tuition
We are all individuals working with our own wonderful and unique bodies. Treating yourself to one-on-one classes gives you the opportunity to work on a Yoga or Pilates practice tailored to your own needs and goals, allowing for a deeper and more focused practice.

Together we create a programme that addresses your strengths and weaknesses, ensuring adjustments, modifications and techniques are specifically adapted to most benefit you. Note that sessions can either be in my home or yours. They can also be conducted online if you prefer. Sessions can also be taken with a partner, friend or small group of friends.
