Welcome and thank you for being here – I run vibrant and uplifting group, corporate and private Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes in South and Central London. 

Whether you are a fitness enthusiast, an absolute beginner or something in-between, I provide classes and retreats that are accessible to EVERY body.  I believe in recognising the individuality of bodies and will help guide you into a practice that suits YOU.

At the heart of my classes is the desire to provide a fun, friendly and welcoming environment as I acknowledge walking into a class setting for the first time can be daunting!  My aim is to make you feel looked after, comfortable and amongst friends.

Whether you are here for Yoga, Pilates or Barre, all of my classes balance creative and dynamic flows with clear instruction and alignment cues.  They celebrate the joy of movement and strength, music, breath awareness and learning to ‘let go’.

I have attended  Claire's Yoga and Pilates classes for a year both online and in person.  Attending Claire's online classes  helped me stay physically and mentally well throughout lockdown.
I find Claire's classes very inclusive, she ensures all levels of experience and fitness are provided for and makes everyone feel welcome to her yoga community.  I particularly enjoy the varied nature of the classes, each class is unique and entertaining.   There is nothing routine about Claire or her classes, she is friendly, knowledgeable, innovative and caring.

Since starting with Claire two years ago, I have seen a noticeable difference in my strength, flexibility, and mobility. Claire is always up-beat and even when you’re exhausted, it never feels like hard work. I like how Claire uses a hybrid of pilates and yoga and sometimes even ballet barre, as it creates a unique exercise experience that never gets monotonous. Each class introduces something new; even after two years with Claire I rarely find myself repeating exercises. Claire pushes you when necessary, yet she is always careful that you do not injure yourself. You can always trust that each exercise sequence has been carefully thought out to ensure that each session is balanced and allows you to work on a range of areas.
