A combination of Ballet Barre, Pilates and Stretch for the ultimate in body conditioning.
Barre is a low impact workout that burns fat, sculpts and tones the muscles of the entire body and improves core strength and stability. What more could you ask for from a workout!
It incorporate the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet with the flexibility of yoga and the core challenge of Pilates. These combined elements fuse to form a challenging, but fun, workout all set to uplifting and upbeat music.
Classes comprise of sets of exercises carried out at both the ballet barre and on the floor, and include core sections and stretching to cool down.
This workout is suitable for everybody as various adaptations are given throughout the class to suit the abilities of all students. No dance or ballet experience is required.
